Over 130 million of women worldwide are denied education and yet education remained a critical indicator in women’s development and well-being. Women’s education in developed countries have made tremendous progress even surpassing men in some aspect. However, women’s education in developing countries is still posing many challenges that need to be addressed to remove these barriers and help them achieve excellency in education. Our goal at WSW Worldwide is to fund and promote women’s education by helping them develop and enhance their skills to be gainful employed, control and reduce of sexually transmitted diseases, teach them family planning, improve their work productivity, improve hygiene and nutritional practices, reduce child and maternal mortality.
The contribution of women entrepreneurship worldwide has been tremendous for the world economy yet unseen and sometimes invisible at times specially against male counterparts. Findings has shown that women participation in entrepreneurial activities not only supports their family’s income but also pays a significant role in economic development and social well-being of the society. Our goal at WSW Worldwide is to support and fund women to start up a business such as recycling. Women can build their community amongst themselves in recycling which ultimately protects the environment, increases their skills and knowledge into leadership roles and management and improve the condition of living.
Women are the backbone of our families, yet they are underappreciated. Women have suffered long enough in silence, whether it is the lack of Mental Health support, help with Domestic Violence or a lack of support and motivation to reach their goals. Our households rely on us to be the glue and keep the family together. The goal of WSW Worldwide is to promote social welfare, mentorship and to advocate for women economic and social justice for our diverse communities. This would include help to improve the lives of women and help them access resources to work through challenges they face in everyday life.
